This paper describes a method of providing technology in User-Driven development, and a method of designing and developing User-Driven Information Systems that users really need by combining Design Thinking and Lean Startup. And this paper also describes efforts to acquire the skills to design and develop User-Driven Information Systems.
DXを推進すべく、ユーザ主導による情報システム開発が再注目されている。本論文では、ユーザ主導開発における技術の提供方法、デザイン思考やリーン・スタートアップを組み合わせ、ユーザ主導でユーザが本当に必要な情報システムを設計・開発する手法について述べる。また本論文では、ユーザ主導で情報システムを設計・開発するためのスキルを獲得する取り組みについても述べる。
