Note (General): 脂肪組織由来幹細胞の静脈内投与が初期骨創治癒に与える効果を検討した。F344ラット雄を用いた。対照群4週目では、形成した骨欠損部の辺縁から内方に向かって骨形成を示す不透過像を認めた。静脈内投与群4週目では、辺縁から連続して進展する広い面積の骨形成を示す不透過像を認めた。骨欠損部を示す透過像の面積は、静脈内投与群が対照群に比較して有意に小さかった。母骨の脳硬膜側から骨欠損形成断端部を被覆するように新生骨形成を認めた。新生骨は立方形の骨芽細胞に縁取られ、その骨梁は対照群4週目と同様に緻密で、骨梁内の血管は小さく数も少なかった。対照群4週目と比較して、骨欠損部の細胞成分と血管は多く観察した。抗BrdU抗体陽性細胞は静脈内投与群の新生骨内部に骨細胞様にみられ、さらに新生骨内部の血管壁にもみられた。新生骨形成部以外には抗BrdU陽性細胞はみられなかった。対照群では抗BrdU陽性細胞はみられなかった。
