• Note (General): 下顎枝矢状分割術(SSRO)に伴う知覚障害および下歯槽神経血管束の露出と下顎管の走行との関連性について検討した。骨格性下顎前突症の診断でSSROによる下顎後退手術を施行し、術後6ヵ月以上の経過観察が可能であった36例72側を対象とした。下顎枝頬側皮質骨内面と下顎管外側壁との間の海綿骨の厚さが1.9mmより小さいと術後の下歯槽神経知覚障害のリスクが大きくなった。神経露出群では、S-Wスコアが有意に高く下歯槽神経知覚障害の症状を強く認めた。しかし、術後24週では露出群・非露出群ともにS-Wスコアの平均は6ポイント未満となり、術後の下歯槽神経知覚障害は遷延化することなく回復した。S-Wtestにて術後1週で36側が中等度知覚鈍麻〜知覚脱失を示していたが、全症例において経時的に回復傾向を示し、術後24週では6側にParesthesiaおよびHypoesthesiaを残す程度まで回復を認めた。; 福岡歯科大学学会雑誌 (0385-0064)39巻4号 Page179-194(2014.02)
