Analysis：: 明治天皇の御野立所前に展開する演習、狩猟等の光景。習志野原は、江戸時代は小金原の一部で、大和田原とも呼ばれた。幕府の牧場、下総の牧の中央部にあたる。明治6年に明治天皇統監の下で、近衛兵の演習が行われ、直後に天皇の名で「習志野ノ原」と命名された。画は、演習天覧の様を描いており、中央の塚上が天皇の御座所...
