Analysis：: 小島鹿之助は、明治八年に東京で近藤勇の写真を買った。この写真をもとに、鹿之助は土方歳三の甥の力三郎に、近藤勇肖像画（油絵）の作成を依頼した。油絵は明治十八年に完成した。近藤の写真は二枚あったが小島家で入手したものは、腕を前に組んだものだった。そのため近藤家の家紋が見えない。力三郎は、葵の紋を崩したよ...
