Analysis：: 灘酒の醸造に用いられる水は海岸よりの東西2丁南北5丁ほどの地域から湧出するものに限られ、とくに「宮水」と呼びます。宮水発祥の碑は久保町3番街区、酒造会館の東にあります。昭和41年6月18日、元「梅ノ木井戸」のあった地点に建立されました。碑は御影にあった灘五郷酒造組合の古い門柱をそのまま利用したもの。...
