A draft of a letter. There is no signature of the sender, either the addressee nor the completed date. But according to its contents, it must be Hara Tadayuki who made this draft, and he wrote this letter to someone in Saitō family. He wrote about that he had set up business contacts for Saitō Uichirō who had been a fiancee of Hara Mineko.
