Note (General): 出雲国風土記の本文に、始めて註釈を施したもので全4冊の写本、袋綴じで縦28cm、横19.3cm、第１冊43枚、第２冊39枚、第３冊51枚、第４冊52枚、計185枚。１面９行、１行文字数は第１冊と第４冊が18字、第２冊と第３冊が15字となっている。もと松江桑原家所蔵本であった。　本書の著者は、松江藩士岸崎左久次、名は時照、字を照時といった。天和３年の自序と同年の釈宏雄の跋文とがある。　本書の本文は、多くの伝写本中最も欠脱の少ない、いわゆる補訂本系のもので、京都上賀茂神社の三手文庫所蔵の万葉緯本と共
