- 内扉に「嘉永六癸丑年，四月四日御発駕，同二十五日御帰城」とあり。前田斉泰の能州巡見の際の御泊附，御供人，道中沙汰書などを記したもの。末尾に「右今般能州御巡見御趣意ハ，近年異国船度々渡来ニ付，海外防禦方永久心得之義，自公辺被仰渡有之，追々台場等も被仰付ニ付而之思召有之由，尤越中筋海辺ハ，去年御帰国之節，御順見相済候也，嘉永六丑八月，森田良郷」とあり。
