- 内扉に「高沢平次右衛門輯，福留村六郎左衛門書」とあり。目録末尾に朱筆で「右年代摘要ハ，改作所旧記之標目也，改作所旧記ハ改作奉行高沢平次右衛門之編輯ナリ，故ニ世俗高沢録トモ称ス，此書ノ抜粋所蔵スルモノ多シ，然レトモ全部ノ写，今甚稀ナリ，万治以来ノ記録多シト雖，互ニ誤リ有テ拠トシ難シ，改作所旧記ハ実ニ其時代ノ書記ニテ三州ノ事蹟ヲ考ルニ，此書ニ過タルハナシ，三州ニテノ珍書ト云ヘシ，柿園森田良見識」と加筆あり。附録末尾に「此一冊高沢平次右衛門之筆記也，没後反古之内ヨリ取出，一枚々々散々ナシリヲ，福留村六郎右衛門・酒見村八三郎此両人取繕テ一冊与ナシタル也，（中略）島兢白」と朱筆の奥書あり。
