- 内題は「鞍ケ嶽之図」。奥書は「右嘉永七年三月十三日，以奥村氏之家臣辻氏之蔵図模写之，森田与志美(印●)」と記あり。鞍ケ嶽の麓，嶽村より鞍ケ嶽の山並(萌黄色)までを画き，途中に本丸と二ノ丸跡，大池・小池(青色)，それに大門前より村へ通じる道(朱線)を記す。端書に「原図付札，小幡親久子与沼田庄蔵秀友登山，延享八年五月四日也，安永二年四月七日予与岡嶋一寧子小幡親久子登山ス，此図親久子家蔵之図ヲ以テ写之，平匡之」と記あり。印記●。
