- 内題は「聖堂等御地絵図」。続けて「寛政三年十二月四日御地鎮御祈願請求勤ル，同四年正月聖堂御作事所●就御渡請取」と記あり。奥書は朱筆で「右本藩金沢学校創立之旧図，金沢卯辰八幡社職厚見氏所蔵也，今以其古図模写……時嘉永七年正月，森田良見識，後称平次」記あり。全体に良見の朱記あり。題簽に「但旧図写」と朱記あり。落款●。印記●。
