- 形態 : 毛筆解説 : 加賀藩３代藩主前田利常の次男利次は、寛永１６年（１６３９）に富山１０万石を分知され、富山藩が成立した。「前田氏家乗」や「三壷聞書」によると、翌１７年に富山へ引越し、宗藩加賀藩の所有である富山城を借りて居城とした。富山城を正式に居城としたのは、領地替えで富山町とその近郊が富山藩領となった万治３年（１６６０）である。また、富山藩治世の根幹である法令の整備に取り掛かり、寛永２１年（１６４４）１０月に御印の定書として初めて成立した。この文書は、この最初の２２ケ条の定書と、翌正保２年（１６４５）までの間に、家臣・寺社方・町方・郡方に申し渡された法度や覚書を整理した写しである。定書の基本となったのは、加賀藩３代藩主利常の法度で、この後代々の藩主の定書にも受け継がれていった。前田文書２２２「龍光院様富山御引越」も同様のものである。 前田文書６８注記 : 寛永二十一年申十二月及正保二酉年ノ御定御覚書
