- 浪江 虔 1910（明治43）年札幌生まれ。旧姓は板谷。東京帝大在学中に東京の鶴川村（現・町田市）で農民組合運動に参加し、大学を中退。昭和7年日本共産党に入党。昭和14年、南多摩農村図書館（のちの私立鶴川図書館）を開設したが、翌年、治安維持法によって検挙、投獄される。戦後は、地域に根ざす図書館運動、...
