【書評】
「MGとLEMSの診療のエッセンスが簡潔にまとめられた必携の書」
重症筋無力症（myasthenia gravis：MG）とランバート・イートン筋無力症候群（Lambert-Eaton myathenic syndrome：LEMS）は代表的な免疫介在性神経筋接合部疾患であり，診断，治療の正しい知識が求められる．このたび，国際医療福祉大学の村井弘之教授を委員長とする日本神経学会の委員会の編集により，この二つの疾患の2022年版の診療ガイドラインが発刊されたことは，誠に喜ばしい．
今回は，「重症筋無力症診療ガイドライン2014」が8年ぶりに改訂されたものであり，「重症筋無力症（MG）総論」「成人期発症MGの治療」「小児期発症MGの治療」「ランバート・イートン筋無力症候群（LEMS）」の全4章から構成され，診療に重要な情報が計56のクリニカルクエスチョン（CQ）に回答する形で記載されている．
そのなかから特筆すべき事項を列挙してみる．
