• Note (General): 2013; application/pdf; アクチグラフを用いて舌喉頭矯正術(CGL)による睡眠障害の改善について検討した。睡眠障害を主訴に受診し、舌喉頭偏位症(ADEL)の診断でCGLを施行した成人20例を対象とした。ESS眠気尺度は、術前平均12.8±5.7点から術後7.3±3.3に低下し、有意差をもって改善した。PSQI睡眠評価尺度は、術前平均6.4±3.5点から術後3.8±2.8点に有意差をもって改善した。PSQIの下位尺度から睡眠の質、入眠時間、睡眠効率、睡眠困難、日常覚醒困難に術後、有意な改善が見られた。アクチグラフの24の測定項目のうち、睡眠中の覚醒時間、覚醒中の睡眠時間、入眼後の覚醒時間、睡眠中5分以上の覚醒回数、最長の覚醒時間は衛後有意に減少し、睡眠効率、最長の継続睡眠時間は術後有意に増加した。; 神奈川歯学, 48(2):80-87, 2013
