Note (General): 側彎症検診にて最も主要なサインである腰背部隆起を簡便に定量化できる「側彎症発見装置:i-Scolioroller」を開発した。本デバイスを用いて前屈位で腰背部をローリングする単純な操作により、左右の最大傾斜角が得られる。計測の精度、再現性とも良好であった。当科側彎外来受診者:102名において、Cobb角と本デバイス傾斜角のROC曲線解析の結果、Cobb角20度以上を発見するためのcut off値は、7度であった。
