Note (General): 本研究では、エンパワリング・リーダーシップと創造性発揮・能力発揮との関係における心理的エンパワーメントの媒介効果を検証し、エンパワリング・リーダーシップ発揮が創造性発揮や能力発揮に与える影響の度合を、従業員の個人差（受動忠実性、能動忠実性、プロアクティブ性、開放性）の視点から検証した。エンパワリング・リーダーシップの影響プロセス解明という一つ目の課題は媒介分析によって検証し、もう一つの課題である個人差によるエンパワーメントの有効性は、階層的重回帰分析と二要因の分散分析によって検証した。そして、①エンパワリング・リーダーシップの発揮は、従業員の心理的エンパワーメントを高めることを通じて、間接的に彼らの創造性や能力の発揮を促す、②従業員の個人差に関係なく、心理的エンパワーメントを高めることで、彼らの創造性や能力の発揮は促される、③エンパワリング・リーダーシップの発揮は、従業員のプロアクティブ性が低い場合により効果がある。以上の3点が明らかとなった。
