- 奥書は「右以一家之蔵図写之，安政五年三月十二日 良見(印●)」。端書に「元禄十二年十二月二十三日申ノ下刻ニ崩出ル」と黒筆で記あり。上記の元禄12年の崩壊の絵図にさらに紙を貼付し，翌13年2月2日未ノ時に重ねて茶臼山が崩落ち，浅野川の流れを塞いた状況(茶色)を明示。その際水路が変更(朱線)され，朱筆で「此間百二十七間，新川除鳥足ヲ置候通」と記あり。印記●。
