- 作成年（西暦）: 1877作成年（和暦）: 右：明治１０年４月１６日 中：明治１０年７月２４日 左：明治１０年８月３０日作成年代: 明治時代内容解説メモ: ６０７８は３枚続の絵を３枚貼り合わせている、右・中の絵は楊洲斎周延 左の絵は年信（左（6078-1）／落款：応需年信画（山﨑印） ）備考: 山崎年信（未詳～1885）浮世絵画家、挿絵画家。別名、忠二。通称、信次郎。別号、仙斎。江戸の人。初め3代目豊國（香蝶楼國貞）の門に入ったが、のち月岡芳年（大蘇）の門人となり、水野年方、稲野年恒、右田年英とともに〝芳年門の四天王”といわれた。東京から大阪に移っていたが、明治15（1882）年、土佐の土陽新聞社の招聘を受けて来高、翌16年、嗚々道人こと坂崎紫瀾の坂本龍馬を主人公とした小説「汗血千里の駒」の挿絵を描いて評判となった。特に寺田屋襲撃時、短銃を凝らす龍馬と、刀を構えた三吉慎蔵の図は真に迫り、一躍、文画あわせて土陽新聞の紙価を高からしめた。【出典：高知県人名事典より抜粋】
