Koganei
It is located on the Tokyo Musashino Plateau and was named after Koganei, one of the seven wells of Musashi. The Tamagawa Aqueduct was established along the Itsukaichi Kaido Highway, and a new rice field village was established. The bank along the Tamagawa Aqueduct has been known as a cherry blossom viewing spot since the Edo period.
